几天前自己在家,懒得弄饭,又不想出去,就胡乱洗了一棵大白菜,加了几粒花椒,一勺酱油,一撮虾皮,熬了二十分钟后居然冒出了一股久违的,小时候单位食堂里的饭菜味道,倒觉得有点意思。
现在每过一段时间厌食一次,失眠几天。失眠就起来看书罢,可是该吃什么好呢?
