What a great news!!!
I'm so happy for him to get out and hopefully he would view this experience as something that has given him new perspectives he would not trade otherwise.
My labmate turned on NPR yesterday, which we hadn't listened to in months. I wasn't really paying attention, but after about half an hour I overheard "blogger, documentary maker" and then it came the long-waited, yet still surprising news that Hao was freed. I was so overjoyed that I was literally jumping up and down.
I am really happy for him and his family.
Good news indeed!
