Totall agree. "The brothers "are disappointing compared to his previous works. And the book by Zhang Yi He has made me feel chilling with that time...they were all just real people, but they did went through hell, because they are smart enough to tell the difference between hell and heaven...just made it even worse to bear.

The sadness revealed by that book is more acute because they are real people and they are still tortured. It makes it more scary, that means there is no rule. Every one is vulnerable. You can not simply be a good or bad person to avoid harm at that time.

although I don't like everyone of them; I feel sorry for them all. I also feel so lucky not to live in their time.
