there should be a story behind this, maybe peter jackson loves it.

hehe, my giant is not as violent as King Kong ... he's rather sentimental ...

这个系列画很有构思,诗我也很喜欢。只是“大而无当”是什么意思呢?

if I name them in English, it could be "pixels and lines" because that's really what they are about.

Those animals are too big to be survivors, especially in a world of mediocrity. So they are 大而无当...

Ha:) That's what I thought, your giant is of the sentimental kind:) It actually reminded me of a scene in The Legend of 1900.(That was of a different sentiment though, but sentimental it was:) This is a lovely series of pixels and lines and writings. I like this one and the albatross for the constrast of densities seems to bring a fullness to the lines. Reminded of also Baudelaire's Albatross. Lots of ocean sentiment, do not understand what you said about how the ocean is too vast to live by:)

There defintely should be a story after this, I lived on the Jersey side when I first saw this, and somehow the drawing filled my heart with sentiments, longing and love.

the drawing about "a story after this" could be simply done by deleting the WTC :-(
